That discrepancy is important: there is no single clean number for the Indian refurbished-laptop market, partly because the market includes everything from professionally refurbished corporate machines to informal second-hand and repaired laptops.
The underlying opportunity, however, is quite real.
1. First: refurbished is not the same as used

3. The biggest source: corporate IT refresh cycles
One of the most attractive sources of refurbished laptops is the corporate sector.
